General travel advice (especially for air travellers)

If you are flying to France : you should land in Paris, leave plenty of time to get downtown (roughly 1h+) , and take the train in "Gare Saint-Lazare" to Caen (2h+ journey).

If you are flying from France : it is better to plan taking off from Paris on Saturday, May 28th rather than Friday, May 27th because of time constraints.

Moreover, if you require a (molecular) PCR test to travel back, be aware that in France Thursday May 26th a general holiday ("jour férié") and many shops are officially closed. In particular, it is impossible to get a scheduled appointment for a PCR test in Caen on that day (for that purpose, there is a walk-in clinic called: la Maison des Associations 1901, 3 kms south of the Caen castle, and opening at 9h am).

For antigenic tests, a downtown pharmacy will do.
